Do business with the Rosedress.com AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
I ordered a dress that was in the ware house and was promised same day shipping. That was 04/27/11. They received my payment from Paypal, I sent theM the transaction ID over email and even gave it over the phone to a manager after waiting for 30 minutes on hold but they failed to ship out the dress. They are fraudulent in charging 45 dollars for same day shipping , not to have shipped the dress 2 days later and even after calling them and emailing them. They make it impossible for a customer to reach them. The holding time is more than 30 minutes and they say to use live chat , of which the representatives keep one on hold for 20 mins and have no authority to revise orders or make changes.
This company is doing dishonest business and the public should be made aware. There are other complaints posted on the web about them. I want the manager to give me a call and resolve this matter. Buying a dress has turned into a nightmare, I will even miss the chance to wear the dress on my special occasion given their incompetence
