To whom it may concern:
We here at the Rose Dress strive to provide the most outstanding customer service possible. That being said, we are saddened to read this review about the credit card fraud and your dissatisfaction with us. It is important for us to be able to answer as many emails and phone calls as possible- that being said we apologize for the inconvenience of our wait times. Currently we are at the peak of prom season and we hundreds if not more people calling us for basic ordering question or statuses of their order. We would also like to apologize for the wait time of live chat as well- for every person we get on the phone, they are helping at least two if not multiple people. We have trained our live chat and phone operators to uphold the Rose Dress name; they are to follow the set of detail response for your questions and are requested to answer them in a timely fashion. We have set up rules and precautions to make sure that everyone has a wonderful experience with the Rose Dress. Everything our representatives do is recorded onto the system, if there were any misconduct regarding any situation we would be notified and we constantly have someone monitoring them so that we can be assured that they are giving you the best customer satisfaction.
Regarding the most recent credit card frauds, having been in business for eight years this is the first time we had to handle with this situation. Because your trust is important, we have hired a logistic team to figure out what is going on and what we can do to prevent it. As of currently, we are more secure than ever and will be taking action to those who are to blame for this occurrence. Rests assure, this will not happen again.
