DON"T DO IT!!!!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. This company is all out for themselves, they DO NOT back their products or service with any sort of caring. After PAYING for my cabinets, I was instructed to read the policies on receiving my cabinets. In that I realized that certain cabinets would not be taken off the delivery truck!!! If the cabinets are too big or if the truck doesn't have a lift, GOOD LUCK! you're on your own. After much bitching and complaining it was finally confirmed that my truck would have a lift and since I am 68 and my husband is 75 it was quite a relief, esp since there are NO REFUNDS! Additionally, you're NOT allowed to refuse any part of your order. That means even if you purchased a cabinet in proper condition, and it shows up obviously damaged, you have to accept the damaged goods and file a claim. In other words, they take no responsibility for how their product is delivered unless you "file a claim". My time, My work. No refunds, no compensation. In my case, the delivery company sent 1 person to get two pallets off the truck. Sounds reasonable except that whoever packed the pallets chose to pack a double size pallet, apx. 4 X13 full of kitchen cabinets. The poor guy had to literally bounce the pallet off the truck onto the lift with it hanging off about halfway. I was amazed he was able to do it. Some of the cardboard was a little torn up but no visible damage to the cabinets at that point. Once we started unpacking the boxes, we could see that the pallet had literally come apart. Nails sticking up and loose boards making many scratches in the back and sides of the cabinets. That wasn't so bad, and I decided to just accept them since the scratches and gouges wouldn't be seen since they were at the back and sides. BUT I also found, one for the doors was gouged, Microwave cabinet front was ruined and the front wood was split, one of the backs had come loose from the cabinet itself. Ok not too bad, I can get those replaced. After all my cabinet installer isn't coming for a week and a half. NOT!!!!!! First of all, THEY WILL NOT REPLACE DAMAGED CABINETS! They want YOU the customer to receive the replacement PART!! take it off the cabinet and then put the new part on the damaged cabinet. I purchased pre-assembled cabinets and proceeded to explain, "as the CUSTOMER", I should not be required to repair the broken cabinet they sent me. That I did not purchase a broken cabinet and I should definitely not have to fix it. I further explained that I was not a handyman nor a carpenter! I also explained that what they were doing was Illegal as far as I was concerned. Selling damaged goods and then expecting the customer to repair it at their own expense! The audacity! They did finally take off the price difference between the pre-assembled and the un-assembled of two of the cabinets. Not the third, because they said I just had to replace the door and it was just a few screws!! I shouldn't have to do ANYTHING!!!!! Then to make matters worse, they would only send my "PARTS" ground. Who knows when they will arrive and in what condition. They tell you that all the information is on their website but who would think any company could get away with this!!! ALSO, since they won't allow a person to put a review on the website unless it is solicited by them, OF COURSE THE REVIEWS SHOW 5 STARS, so I wasn't looking for any sort of hidden requirements or situations that I would have to be leery of. It is VERY SNEAKY how the manage to show 5 star reviews on the website and hide all of the untypical practices. I highly recommend DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Even if you have to pay a little more, save your sanity and buy somewhere else!
