The order process was smooth. The RTA team was able to make 2 adjustments within a 24 hour window to my order. The order arrived in a timely fashion. There were a handful of defects in the order I placed. However, Marie from the RTA worked with me to ensure
all items were replaced satisfactorily. She went above and beyond in terms of customer service to address my needs and make my project smooth. I would definitely order here again.
