Stay away of this Olvera insurance at pacific and Broadway @ Glendale, this old lady called Claudia not even speak English, she is not even able to offer you a good insurance rate but she will be ready to charge you with a big broker fees taking advantage of Humboldt people that doesn't know their operation, when she called his Boss-Boyfriend for help, he has no clue about the insurance that could fit your needs, all they want is the big down payment and after that they will just forget about you, and if you call them back, they'll put you in hold until eventually you get tired and hang up, be careful. They service sucks and expensive, other bad comments about the owner JUAN OLVERA have been made, I hope this can prevent you in your insurance experience, go to better known names.
