OUTRAGEOUS PRICES, HORRIFIC RESULTS, POOR SERVICE, LOW CLASS!

Zero Stars. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to ruin your face/body and allow them to rip you off. I came here for liposuction and filler. I have very bad lumps and bumps all over my body and face. Ivy (the doctor's wife) is pushy and fake. She can not speak English correctly. The doctor did filler injections on me and now I have 2 noticeable parentheses around my mouth for 8 months now. My bumps from liposuction seem to have gotten worse from hardening. I have been so embarrassed to go out. After raising my concerns, they have been avoiding my phone calls. Not one phone call has been returned by the doctor. I am so tempted to bring my concern to the medical board. When I came here for liposuction, the POLICE were at New Face with some customers demanding their money back. I was told by their neighbors that the cops have been here regularly. I demanded my money back, but Ivy kept promising that I will have good results. Since I had already paid and taken time off work, I decided to go through with the procedure. Worst mistake of my life! When I came into the room, I saw old blood stains on the floor. During my lipo procedure. Ivy kept going in and out of the OR (where it's suppose to be sterile), talking on and on to the doctor about personal issues and yelling at the nurse. So uneducated, unprofessional, unsanitary, and low class. The doctor did not have proper equipment and the nurse was incompetent. The procedure hurt like hell, worse than natural child birth. I am only 30 years old and Ivy tried to sell me all sorts of procedures I didn't need. It was all selling! On top of that, she kept going on and on for half an hour trash talking their competitors. Maybe there is a reason why people are going to your competition and not you. It makes me wonder why they are so desperate? Perhaps they are hungry for customers? Or maybe they have issues and people are afraid to come? If you read all the 5 star reviews, it is written by them. So obvious! It's all advertising. Who are you trying to fool? Consumers are a lot smarter than you think. We are not uneducated like you, Ivy! YOU BELONG IN A NAIL SALON where you came from, not a medical clinic. I am surprise Sony Truong, who is an educated medical doctor, chose such an uneducated, low class woman to represent New Face. She is killing New Face. THIS PLACE WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS because of poor business ethics. I later found out from their own employee that the products, machines, equipments they use are illegal in the US. IF YOU WORK FOR FDA, PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE. OUTRAGEOUS PRICES, HORRIFIC RESULTS, POOR SERVICE, LOW CLASS! You have been warned. I signed up for yelp just to get the word out on these people. Shame! Shame! Shame on New Face!
