This is Tim Toton, the owner. I thought it was important to explain why my company has a "BB" rating instead of its deserved "A" or "AA" rating.
It is because of money. I have no complaints with them ever and my rating dropped from an "A" to a "BB" simply because I did not pay my dues.
I encourage you to call the BBB Trade Practices Department and speak with Nicole at 909-835-6067 to verify this very sad business practice.
It will be spun very carefully to not sound like money is the main source of the rating, but ask what happens to a rating when a company does not pay. Ask what the highest rating a company, even one without a single complaint EVER, may receive without paying the BBB dues. Go ahead...ask.
