Initially in dealing with this firm I have to say I was extremely disappointed. In just a month I felt I was cheated and taken advantage of. More often than not my phone calls to them weren't returned and their follow up with the lender was poor. I had truly lost faith and had started working with my lender myself. I did manage to secure a very satisfying modification but feel that I did much of the work I had hired the Consulting Firm to do.
However, there was a complete change in staff and they appear to be very professional and sincere in taking care of their clients. I feel they really want to rebuild my confidence in their commitment to the customer. While still wary because of my initial experience with the 1st group of representatives in this firm under the management of Tom Pfirrman, (who is now gone) I've decided to continue with their services and have them negotiate my second mortgage.
I have 29 yrs experience in customer service and think I've judged correctly in keeping their services.
