The most unprofessional people I have ever done business with. Had a written agreement to lease a car for the terms in the agreement, but the contracts they sent me were for 20% to 30% more than agreed on. I was told that the manufacturer had changed their money rate and residual, therefore there was nothing that they could do about it. After several attempts, I finally get in touch with the owner to request to have my deposit refunded since they couldn't meet the terms of their agreement. I was told to go "F" myself, and he would see me in court. I have filed a complaint, and will be pursuing legal action if necessary.
