Reliability, Professional approach, and great attitude is what you can expect when hiring The Dirt Army Carpet Cleaners. Here is my story with The Dirt Army. After I made the appointment they called me back to confirm appointment time and date. On the day of cleaning they called to confirm their arrival time. They showed up on time and ready to go to work. They were efficient, professional, nice, and courteous. When finished with the job, our carpets and furniture were clean and looked great. Later that night I spilled a glass of wine all over newly cleaned carpet. I didn't just spill a glass of red wine---it looked like I took a garden hose and sprayed wine all over my carpet. UNREAL moment! However, the next morning when I called the dirt army to explain my dilemma,they assured me they could and would help. They showed up and not only cleaned this area, they didn't charge me. My carpet looks good as new! 100% true story and 100% awesome company!
