I too am very disappointed with Bedford Group. I found the same thing happened to me. I received special attention and all my concerns were addressed when I was a prospective buyer. When I became a buyer, it seemed as if they forgot all about me. The customer service representative became inconsistent and very unprofessional. With me living in the new development, I find more information online, then I do from the management itself. After the economic crisis of 2008, I read online that a Bedford property was filing Chapter 11. I also found out recently that they sold the property to another real estate company. At no time, was I notified about what was happening at my home. Completely unacceptable.
