NOTHING IN STOCK-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-8 DAYS & MANY CALLS TO GET REFUND

I purchased an Earthquake DBXI 10" Subwoofer that the techronics site had listed as "IN STOCK". I paid on September 28 2014 and waited for the confirmation email and tracking number. After 5 days it still said "pending" on my order when my payment was processed immediately through Paypal. I called customer service and was told that there was a note in my order from management and the representative would call me back. He never did. I called again the following business day and was told the same....and again-nobody returned my call. Day 8 I called again and was told that the item was out of stock and *IF* they could contact another vendor, I could get my new subwoofer in 4-6 WEEKS. Unacceptable and I requested a refund. I was told that it was refunded. A day goes by and still no refund. I called again for the 4th time and demanded my money back and was finally refunded my payment. Bottom line-they have NOTHING IN STOCK and will take your money in hopes of finding it after you pay. Be warned about this company website. I have dealt with them on Ebay with great success, but the techronics.com site was a whole other experience. I will never do business with them again.
