Hi Scott. I am very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience on your call with TRS. May I ask the name of the person you spoke with?
TRS did not receive a response from writer of this post. Since there were no "Scotts" that called in for a consultation in the last several days, we are going to assume this was a competitor. If that is not correct, I have to wonder if this writer was able to solve his tax problems by paying a CPA just a few hundred dollars, why he contacted us. Our advertising states that we work with clients that owe over $20k, in which case probably could not be resolved for just a few hundred dollars. Again, if this really was a call, we apologize if anyone was rude to you and are happy that you were able to get a resolution.
