I dealt with Robert on my case and not only was it substantially cheaper than the other company I called, Optima tax relief (they wanted about $3500 - Robert was about $2000 and it was easier to pay in monthly payments), but they seemed much more knowledgable.
I called four companies before calling tax resolution professionals, and very glad I kept shopping around. I liked that the representative I talk to actually worked on my case, and this I found was not true at the other companies.
