Tax Care Professionals Inc got me also in 2008 thu 2009
|
I thought that I need assistance I hadn't filed I was afraid I found them on the internet, and I gave them a down payment of $1000 in August of 2008. Then I took a trip to Los Angeles CA. where I met a man by the name of "Tom Taglang", (now I wonder if that was his real name), in they're office listed above just to make sure that it was a legitimate company. When I walked into the office it seemed like it was legit especially when I saw it looked like a classy office suite with the receptionist in the front and an adjacent window office with what looked like phone workers and that was visual from the lobby. I sat there and waited for Tom, who after a few months wasn't answering and apparently wasn't with the company anymore, came down to greet me. He seemed considerate and business enough, he spoke about it being his son's birthday days away from our meeting I spoke about my own children and then we got to business, or should I say bad business. I wondered why I wasn't invited to his office upstairs since he came from the elevator in plain few from the receptionists, I even asked him why, he assured me that this was how they met with they're clientele who came into the office to visit, I should have followed my gut but I was getting mixed signals. I ended up feeling like, OK this is legit. I had 2 different issues with tax personal and business so I was doing 2 different cases. After feeling convinced after I returned home from L.A. I ended up paying the balance or the rest of the money that they charged for they're tax assistance help from they're tax attorneys, who I'd never had the chance to meet, the total of which ended up being $7500. They sent me forms to fill out so many that I felt kind of suspicious because I felt like I was doing all the work, how ever I filled out all the forms sent them back, some of them they returned to me asking for minor corrections which I made and then waited and waited and waited until I began calling and having a difficult time reaching anyone with the company. Now when i finally did reach someone I'd learned that Tom was no longer with the company and I was now dealing with another contact person who also eventually ended up leaving then later another person by the name of "Maricela Varela", she never answered the phone either she did return emails, then someone by the name of "Anna Akopyan" and her title was "Administrative Services", now she never answered the phone either but she did return emails, then there was someone by the name of "Kim Hoa Nguyen' and her title was "Client Services". Here's a list of the other names to see if anyone recognizes all these different people that ended up eventually leaving also or maybe not even being real people: "Lily Burtt-Henderson Manager of Client Services". Anyway that was the last name that I have. I have all the emails that I received from them and to make a longer story a bit short, I have all the names of the people that I dealt with all the numbers and when the number of that office was no longer active I was sick to my stomach, I'd never at that time invested that much money in anything and that was a huge loss to me, it's been nearly 5 years since and I'm still stinging hard from that financial loss. Is there anyone interested in pursuing some kind of class action suit from the crook's? Please let me know. The last time that I heard from anyone was in September 4th 2009. In December of the same year the phone numbers didn't work anymore and I was sick to my stomach because I knew then I'd been ripped off hard core. I've contacted many people about 5 to 10 that also have been ripped off and they've had they're lived rocked by The so called Tax Care Professionals, and some of them have given up on they're lost money not as many people lost as much money as I did. But is there any one interested in fighting this? tonypp at outlook dot com I want justice from these crooks. I see that they're are many people on this trust link site that have been duped by these scam artist's. I've found on the California Secretary of State site that Tax Care Professionals have more that one business operating out of the same office and the old Tax Care Professionals, Inc is now defunct or non active status how ever they are now some new name, that I'll be will to share with anyone that is truly interested in pursuing a class action suit against these folks. Greed and Scams is a show that I've been watching for the past couple of years that may be interested in this story. I don't know if I'll ever get my $7500 dollars back but I do want some kind of justice. Let me know. I'm still stung by this deal.
