Nice Guy, Seemed to Care

Spoke with owner a couple of times as we tried to arrange an estimate. He was one of six I called and one of the only two to follow up. Even though he was very busy, he kept calling to arrange a visit, or tell me he was going to be a bit longer. I appreciated his attitude a lot and though we didn't work together I would call him the next time I need help.
