WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!
TJ FAILURE is a poor excuse for a company. All they do is PRETEND they are working hard to find a loan by asking for countless and countless amount of personal information and in the end, you come out with nothing. For 30 days, we sent them every bit of information they requested and on the final day of closing, they dump our request. What kind of business tells you on the last day of closing that you do not qualify!!! I was able to find another lender a week later without any problems. Do not waste your time with these people...they will make you lose your house.
