Don the owner of this "so called" company is a mess.
He pretends to treat your home and does not show up, when questioned, he uses the excuse that he "ran out of call tags" We have an elderly person who lives in our home and has confirmed he was not at the home when he claimed he had been there.
He is temperamental and never picks up the call or returns a call, unless of course you call from an outside # and pretend you are a potential new client.
Then... You get a call back within moments.
Very sleazy one man outfit. Hire real firm with uniformed employees and lettered trucks. STAY AWAY from this guy.
