Horrible customer service!!!

I used to live in one of their properties in 2011. I received a bill from a collection company on their behalf, I wrote a letter, provided documentation and mailed all copies to their head of collections. I never heard from her again so I assumed it was taken care of. Recently, I ordered my credit report and found an entry from their company that was incorrect, when I spoke to the person is charge of Collections Pat Mitchell, I couldn't get a word in, without listening to my issue or concerns she started yelling, being aggressive and telling me it wasn't Swami's job to correct the issue, I was trying to ask her politely to point me in the right direction because after all the debt was listed under her company's name and she's in charge of collections. Finally I hung up on her and sought other means to handle my issue.
I will add that I spoke to her boss Robb Denaranjo and he was polite and listened to me and in the end offered his assistance but the fact that the incorrect entry was on my credit report and she is in charge of collections.
I tried to rate the company zero stars for hiring someone so rude but it wouldn't let me.
