Swagbucks.com stole my money
|
My Swagbucks.com account was deactivated without any warning. I wrote to their help center and they said I had multiple accounts. I explained to them that I recommended Swagbucks.com to my roommate and we shared the same internet but used our own computers. They wouldn't listen and still give me no response to my explanation. They closed the case and said I could never open it again. I was waiting for my 4 $5 Amazon gift cards to arrive and I still had about 9000 Swagbucks in my account (over $100 value). I can't believe they are so arbitrary and vicious. I spent my own money to complete offers and time and efforts to watch numerous videos to accumulate this much. In return, they didn't investigate my situation correctly, ignored my explanation, but only think about deactivating my account so they don't have to pay me. Don't ever trust Swagbucks.com because you're gonna end up like many of us with our money/time/effort gone in vain. Did I mention they don't have a customer service number? You can only contact them via email so you are totally at their mercy.
