Cancellation Problems

I have been trying to cancel my account for months while they are still attempting to charge an expired credit card. I've even gotten notice that my account will be sent to collections. Nobody answers the phone, even when I try other departments, and I rarely get a call back. And because I don't answer calls from #'s I don't know, it goes to vm so it's exceptionally hard to speak with someone directly. Has anyone found a work around to get someone to actually pick up the phone? This is maddening!
