Never trust this company! They will not help you find any property that you are looking for. They will just give you list of the addresses and you will have to go to the place yourself and inspect the house from the outside. They don't even have the right information about the place. One time I have made an appointment to check out one of the apt., different person showed up from a different company that handles the property. I ask her if she's affiliated with SPS, she has no idea who they are! Remember, they will not help you find a property, you will do all the work! They will also require you to sign in to their office everyweek in order to get a new listings. They will not contact you! It's all on you not them! They just want your money! Oh, yah, in the contract they said that if you find a property independently, you're entitled for a refund? That's a big lie!!! After you have done all your part to get the refund, they will not contact you anymore! you will be waiting for nothing! and if you do try to contact them, good luck for an answer. they will avoid all your calls and if your lucky they pick up the phone, they will come up with new names to think that you're not talking to just one person but you are! Emily/Monica(one person) will tell you that she will call you back once she got the response from the owner, well, don't trust her! she won't. If she said hold on for one second, that means forever!!! trust me!!! Not a good decision to sign up any contract with SUPERIOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
