I had the worst experience with this company. I signed up on 9/15/10(I was 9 months pregnant at the time)I was told by LUIS my representative,that I would put $200 down which would be used towards my deposit on an apartment-if I found one was told that I had 90days to look for a place and that most people find one in that amount of time, and if I didn't find a place that I would be refunded my deposit. I was told to leave my email so that I would get emailed rental listings to look at.sounds good right? I thought it sounded awesome until it NEVER happened me having my baby on 9/22/10 and staying in the hospital for a week and at home for another 2weeks I never received any emails at all looked for any emails from them and never got any. I did go and get listings on my own. I did find a really good apartment. I called LUIS to make an appointment but that never happened called on several occasions for the appointment but it never happened when my 90days was up I called 6267922963and asked what I needed to do to get my refund.I mailed copies of the contract,a bill with my address, and a letter stating that I didn't find anything 12/20/10 to 2/7/11 I was calling the company just about everyday check on the status of my refund.I was just given the run around.I even mailed a certified letter.I was told that the boss BRANDON SHAMAL didn't want to give me my refund even though I complied with all the rules.I was also told that BRANDON SHAMAL was suppose to call me but never did.this company is a sham and has several complaints and also a F rating from the BBB. What does that tell you. If you ever come across this company and think it sounds good,don't do it because it will have cost you $200 that you will have lost.I have still been trying to get my refund and still nothing. i will keep trying even if it means going to small claims.I was promised a refund.
