Two thumbs DOWN!!!!! Way DOWN!!!! I checked on the yellow pages on the company. They placed 5 full pages on the phone book and marked with "free estimates". Then I double checked it on the BBB website and it is listed with an A+ rating. Then I say to myself that this must be a reliable company.
I expected a real roofer (someone who usually drives a van or truck with a long ladder on top) to show up, and expected someone who is willing to get to the roof to inspect and gives us an estimate on the repair cost. But instead, this man, who drives a luxury SUV, came 20 minutes after the appointment time just looked at the roof for a few seconds and asked me what problem it is. I said we found some leaking and what to get a repair cost estimate.(we told them exactly the same when we made this appointment the day prior.) He said rudely that it can only be replaced, and drove away. This man did not even climb up to check, and did not even give us how much it is to replace. This house costs almost $700,000 and is in good shape, only some minor leak on the roof.
My comment for this terrible roofer is: if you only want to do million dollar houses, then put it up front on the ad, or when someone calls in for an estimate, you can ask questions and make sure this is the type of business you want to do before going out to a job site. Don't be so mean and rude to your potential customer.
I wanted to give 0 star, but this rating system has a minimum of 1 star at least.
