i went online to get auto insurance and i got so many phone calls from sunset plaza insurance. I spoke with Philip, who is my agent and also the manager. He game me a quote which seem to good to be true. At first i was skeptical about Sunset plaza so i did my research and found out this is a legit company. I went ahead and purchase dmy policy. He emailed me my cards right away and I was insured. it was very fast!
Likes: Unlike most shady sales agents out there, I thought the manager/agent was very Honest, friendly and upbeat. Prices were great, got my insurance cards right after i made my payment.
Dislikes: The company must employ over 100 agents.. i got over 10 phone calls from the same number in 15 minutes. I guess its the nature of this competitive business.
