I do no suggest this company to anyone, not even an enemy. It took almost an hour for me to get the insurance. I talked to 2 different agents and then the manager. By the end of it all they had given me three different quotes then took my husband off the policy without my permission. I was on hold forever while the manager fixed the problem. I had to pay a down payment to start off which was fine until I got two different bills. One for my regular payments and another for the remaining balance of the down payment. Oh did I mention not one of them told me I had to pay anything more? I called to cancel and I was informed that even though I no longer have insurance with them that I still have to pay the down payment of over $200 in 11 days or it will go to collections. So now I have to pay for insurance I do not have on top of paying for insurance through a better HONEST company. Thanks Sunset Plaza Insurance!!
