I'm not sure if it was just related to the current bad economy, but I had an excellent experience at Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood. The salesperson quoted a price (at vehicle invoice price) and they stuck to it. There was some pushing of the glass etching security add-on. I guess this is the new way to make additional money like the old "undercoating" that was common years ago. But, if you don't mind just saying no, then you should be fine. Vehicle was washed and detailed prior to delivery and the salesperson did a great job of going over all the features. The offices themselves could use a make over, but hey... maybe that means low overhead! My advice... get an internet quote first and bring it with you. I did this at Sunrise and they honored it.
