Studio Beauty Warehouse AKA Sun Labs. has to be the WORST, most impossible company I have ever dealt with in my life. Our tanning machine we purchased from them broke and we are over 6 months out since initially trying to get some help and we still can not get what we need from them. We keep being told items are sent that ARE NOT, tracking numbers will be given which ARE NOT, and basically fraudulant information from each member of the staff we talk to. How a company such as this could remain in business is beyond belief. They should be shut down, fined, and audited. DO NOT DEAL with this company if you actually need something because you will not get anything but false promises.
