I completely agree with the reviews of this company, i have never in all my years on mortgage experienced a company like this. I was counting the minutes i was able to leave there for good. The company is not listed in the building directory or have the name on the door which should have been my first clue. I could NOT believe the astronomical amount of money this company charges and no one had contacted the lender for months. People would call in and the owner had the receptionist trained to say she wasn't in the office. This was unbelievable, the one reason I am still in the industry is because I didn't believe in deceit, I am the ONE mortgage professional with a conscience. I was embarrassed to contact the lender, previous employees notated the account with updates but when I called the lender requested authorization. I was flabbergasted by how unorganized and u professional this place is. I could not allow my name to represent such a mochary of a company. I literally cringed every time the door opened thinking the Feds was coming to shut the place down. I didn't even last a week I had to get out of there, anyone thinking about using this company should run as fast as they can, I am proof that this company does NOT do anything but ensure the ACH form is completed to deduct $2700+ from your account. I felt so bad for the people I wanted to stay and show my worth but I couldnt go along with the mess going on there.
I hope each and every person owed is able to recoup funds due to them :-( other reviews say the AG filed suit against the "other" law office which most paperwork still shows in the files. I thank God everyday I had the sense to leave this clown school. Although I lasted less than 30 hours that was enough for me to run Forest run!!!
