With the collapse of the economy and real estate prices plummeting, I felt it would be an ideal time to cash out a portion of my structured settlements payments. The cash I received from Structured Asset Funding allowed me to purchase 5 acres of land and my dream home. I also had the opportunity to purchase an additional house on the property as an investment. Now I can plan for my family’s future while providing them with stability. My purchasing agent was also wonderful to work with and guided me through out the entire process. I have never felt better about making such an important decision for my future and would encourage anyone with a structured settlement who is struggling financially to do the same. I was very pleased with the outcome.
