SCAMMERS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are thieves and scammers. They reached a horrible IRS settlement agreement for me because they refused to update my financial information with the IRS after I had serious medical conditions and a change to my financial situation, including my rent going up by 86%.
They hardly ever communicated with me only calling me back a week after so initially called them, my case representative changed 3 or 4 times, they prepared my taxes late and inaccurately (putting me at risk for a financial audit AGAIN), then they closed my case without telling me so that I thought they were working on my behalf with the IRS and they were not.
TOTAL INCOMPETENCE, greedy liars, and completely UNETHICAL and UNRELIABLE.
When I called the IRS to resubmit my financial information FOR FREE, the representative was so professional and kind. Just deal with the IRS directly or get a licensed CPA with a perfect rating online.
These people are disgusting thieves that shirk work and responsibility. You don’t need to pay $1600 for that.
