Chris "Waters" as he calls himself is representing himself as an attorney...Unable to locate on State Bar listing and his posse are SCAMMING innocent victims. He tells you that he can help you with your issue, takes your $$$$, then does not re contact you, show up for court, respond to emails or voicemails..The day b-4 your court day, he will contact you and advise the only remedy is to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy DONT DO IT...
Ellen and Terry are just as guilty, they refer to "Waters" as an Attorney, they take the payments, and they send you the paperwork. They are the accessories to his crimes....
