This company is a disgrace. No business ethics at all, they are more than willing to rip off their artists and their customers. Very deceitful pratices and pricing techniques. The customer service is a joke with questions that slightly question something getting ignored and the people asking the question treated as idiots. You would think that people that are running a business would know that customer service is a main area to differentiate themselves from other companies by making customers feel valued and involved yet all this company's customer service has done is push customers to rivals. Most companies learn from their mistakes yet this company continues to just deny and move onto the next thing which fails. This company will not last for much longer if they continue to alienate their customers and continue to use an authoritarian style of management. It's not worth going anywhere near this company not unless you want to be treated like crap.
