i did my loan modifcation with this company. becaus ei had done refinancing in the pass, I had no problem with gathering up the documents they needed they were fast they got me the loan modification that fit into my budget and because my lender will not make it a fixed rate untill the one year mark is up then the lender will re look at it. The negotators at sterling will make sure that my lender will do as they said they would do. This I do know sterling stand behind all of their work they do. they are a very honest company. I think sterling for helping me so that I would not lose my home. they are all so very great to talk to & work with.
