So it is now cold and there is NO heat in the apartment. Araceli Alvarado is notified because she is suppose to be the on site manager, but three weeks later, still no response along with no heat or hot water. Her response is to double check her work and contact the office! What is her job? Only to collect money, not do any work. Why is she still on this property and nothing is getting done. The property is dirty and unprofessional with her on it. She needs to be let go and bring someone in who appreciates their job, not just uses the free rent! Think before moving into Victor LLC as long as Araceli Alvarado is the manager!
