This is a mess of a rental company. The employees are rude and their property manager is extremely rude. I have had several incidents with them and I will be moving out shortly. Based on the experiences I've had with this company and the rental management,if I have any problems getting back my full security deposit, it will definitely be settled in court. I rate Statewide Enterprises and management F F F F F. Run ! ! ! Stay away renters!
