Live in a pretty nice place in Hollywood near all the action. I've been here for six months but have had little interaction with the management company, Statewide Enterprises. Most of my dealings are with the resident manager who seems to be on the ball. I guess he takes orders from Statewide Enterprises who's his boss. The building is clean and everything seems to work well in my apartment. Had some friends over last week and they were pretty impressed with the place and were asking about moving here. Seems to be a professional operation being run here. I think I'll be here for a while or at least until I can afford a house...yeah sure...not in this city.
