I've been renting from Statewide Enterprises for several years and I have found them to be a reputable company. When I moved into the apartment it was completely remodeled and any time I've requested maintenance work to be done, they immediately jumped on it. The resident manager is a sweet gal who is always looking to please the tenants. While their rents may not be the cheapest in town, I guess you have to pay a little extra for a good apartment. Keep up the great work Statewide!
