Bought a car in July 09. The 1st 12 weeks the car was in their shop for about 6 weeks. It was towed there at least 4 times. In January I was charged $1800.00 for a new engine. They would not allow me to switch the car. After getting the car back, I took to Mercedes dealer only to find out none of the initial repairs were made after leaving the car there for 8 days, 2 weeks after I bought it. I had to fet torsion plates replaced and stabilizer fixed. CV boots were torn, which I end up paying for. To date, it is one issue after the other. I am almost at the end of the contract and I can honestly say, NEVER AGAIN! Ed is the biggest liar on earth. Last summer, they used the tracking device, (the one that they say is not installed) and picked my car up because I was 60 days late. I understand if you don't pay, it gets taken away, however, they located the vehicle from the OC state fair. I don't live or work anywhere near OC and seldom visit the area. At this moment, I have another problem under the hood, because of course, the car was involved in a major collision, and they only do body work. Put a band aid on it to get it sold.
