I agree with the 2011 reviewer. I also was promised quick turnaround, which did not materialize. The worst part of my experience was that it took a lot of following up with the staff to get my work completed. Also, it was not helpful that multiple individuals were assigned to my project, which created a lot of redundancy and duplication for me. At the end, I feel that the quality of the work was not worth all the trouble. Unless you have plenty of time to work on your dissertation, this is not the company for you.
