UPDATE: PLEASE HELP ME GET 4 WITTNESS!!!!
I went to court August the 9th and I won, but now they are appealing the decisions and I need witness or written testimony TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM AND DEFRAUDING. If you were scammed by this company like me please help and contact me. I am going to court this October the 9th and this time is civil court. If I do win my case we can maybe get this people out of business. I want them to stop them scamming and defrauding innocent people.
I am going to Court this August the 9th at 1:30 at the Downey Courthouse if any of you will like to be my witness to stop this fraud. Pleasehelp me.
I would return the favor by helping you start your own fraud demand agains them at this court.

Bad service, lots of waiting, no help and just a scam.

I am writing this letter to let you know about the service at Tucker Star Rentals,
At first you are received and treated very well, I could say an accommodating welcome, but once you give your money, is not the same, they forget and forget to return your calls, they promise to e-mail the listings and they never do you finally need to go back to the office and they write down some listings, that most of the time are not what you require nor they match what you have requested, once you do have the listings you call and no answer, or they tell you that you have the wrong number, they don’t show to the meetings and sometimes they say they dot even know who Tucker Star Rental is.
I had the first listing on my hand and most of the list did not match, the other list that was given to me at the office, was hand written and some of the phone listed did not exist, they did an appointment right there at the office and the person left us waiting, we called the number and no response.
We tried to get our money back and no answer, every time we came to the office the person responsible for the returns was not there and we were told to return another day, we also were not given any information, apparently the only person able to talk about the return is David Rivero which is never there nor he answers his calls.
I am all for following request and directions but the no communication and non-response seem to me like withholding my money for no reason and doing it in bad faith, and apparently this is not just my case other people are quite unhappy with this situation.
I hope that you are able to help with this situation.
I am starting a lawsuit against this people I have documented proof that this is a scam and so far I have 2 people that are willing to go to courtand file against them also with the Real Estate Department so they get their license suspended, if there is someone else that will like to join us please send a message.
