I agreed with the last two comments, Customer service are full of lies and trying to be your friend until they get the JD Power evaluation and as soon as you close of escrow, good luck finding them. I wish I had chosen another builder. I wrote a letter to the VP of the company and complain about the customer service, Mr. Palmaer the VP did not even respond to my letter. If you buy a home from standard Pacific do not believe a single world they tell you. Do not close the escrow until everything gets fixed. I made that mistake and I am paying for it. Check all the light, sprinkle systems, bathrooms. I rate them the worse builder in the bulk.
