I ordered an autographed hockey jersey as a gift, and was in a crunch for time. As it turned out, it was coming from Canada and had 7 business day handling time :( Yeri came to the rescue, calling the Canadian warehouse and expediting the whole process
and, voila, I got the jersey just in time!!! :)) Many, many, many thanks!
