EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine and Ingrid at SportsMemorabilia.com who helped turn what could have been a negative experience into such a positive one that I was prompted to write this review. I had ordered an autographed Frank Sinatra photo to be framed as a gift for my boyfriend and needed it by a certain date. Unfortunately, in the framing process, the photo became irreparably damaged. I was immediately notified by Christine who apologized for the inconvenience but had links for some excellent alternate choices that she offered at the same price as my original choice. She included the links for the alternates in the same e-mail to make everything easy and convenient and even took off an addditional $25. for my troubles. Not only did I get something of equal or better value, but when I told Ingrid (Christine works with her) I needed it by a certain date, she made sure I got it even earlier to assuage any stress I might have. This is true customer service -- these girls were courteous, professional and knew how to keep a customer from having a meltdown!! They should be commended for great damage control and being public relations savvy
