Best Customer Service Ever!

I recently placed an order with SportMemorabilia.com. Unfortunately it was lost during shipping, no fault of the company. Naturally I was disappointed, because it was a one of a kind item. I informed Customer service and immediately received an email from Michelle explaining that I was entitled to refund or a replacement item. I found a replacement Item, and it was offered to me for the same price that I paid for the original, which was a very good deal and over compensated for the incontinence I had experienced. Throughout this process, Michelle in customer service was very understanding and I feel went out of her way to make me feel totally satisfied with the company. She is great at her job and represents the company extremely well. My experience with SportsMemorabilia.com and customer service has been excellent, and I look forward to future purchases.
