Jane is amazing! After using a different agent for over 1 year who couldn't seem to close the deal for us, Jane came in and saved the day. Prior to using Jane we had many short sale deals fall through and after a year of that we were ready to give up. Jane made us feel comfortable with her skills and within a matter of weeks we had written the offer on our first home and her strategy for writing a clean no fuss offer made the deal a reality. She was able to craft a solid FHA funded loan offer, for a standard sale, to a seller who was an investor and they loved it which is rare. No doubt this lady can write an attractive offer for you.
Jane was so great about making sure all the details after the seller had accepted the offer were not overlooked and everything just moved super smooth. Her cooperation with our lender, escrow and the sellers agent were second to none and all of them commented on how much they enjoyed working with her ( This is huge and helps really motivate all parties to move quickly). Jane even went out of her way to meet our inspector and garage door repairman several times without us since we were relocating to make sure we could satisfy our lender.
If your looking for a professional that can handle whatever you throw her way, then Jane is the Realtor for you. Don't even bother to look at anyone else. We felt 100% confident that she would represent our wishes and truly trusted her opinions. We HIGHLY recommend her!
