Though the folks at S.BayGold were pleasant, and by no means rude, their follow up calls/emails/shipment of coins was VERY poor. I ordered coins by phone and was told I would receive an email confirmation as soon as they received the funds. It took them a week to send me such email. They would tell me they would return my calls and never did on their own, rather I had to constantly call them to remind them I was still waiting for my tentative order invoice by email.
I will definitely NOT be doing business with this store again--thank goodness my order was small---always test a company and make your initial order small--if you like the product & services proceed to giving them more business, otherwise take your business elsewhere.
