Unprofessional, pushy, rough-these are a few words i would use to describe sonya and her staff. i had a bad feeling from the moment i walked in-the spa is shabby and looks as if it's seen better days. i was kept waiting in a stuffy, hot room for about 45 minutes. when i threatened to leave, sonya appeared out of nowhere, started talking and literally didn't stop. she interviewed me with questions from the same questionnaire i'd just filled out at the front desk (seriously!), and then gave me a painful facial, together with her "diamond" treatment, which, to the best of my knowledge, is an herbal cream she applied roughly. and talk about a hard sell! i actually had to ask her to stop talking; i'd been there 3 hours at that point and couldn't listen to her any more. excruciating. furthermore, she had the audacity to say that she was doing me a favor by even since i wouldn't commit to one of her (starting at $3200) packages of treatments.
when i got to the counter, there were 6 bottles of her products lined up that she had told the girls i was to purchase. i declined, and the looks that were exchanged, and the attitude i got (not to mention a bill for $900, which i stupidly paid in my haste to get the experience behind me), were actually a bit scary. i couldn't get out of there fast enough.
run, do not walk, away from this place!
