My experience with this company has been brief. I have been following up on a permit issue for another Realtor. Solutions for Property was hired to retrofit an emergency gas shut off valve on a clients home back in 2007. The "subcontractor", hired by Solutions for Property did not pull a permit with the city for the install. Solutions for Property was responsible for the permit to be pulled, and it was not. Both myself and another Realtor have called Solutions for Property dozens of times over the last 4 months to resolve the matter and have them pull the permit which was paid for per the original work order. Our phone calls remain unreturned and if our calls are picked up which doesn't happen anymore, a promise is made for someone to call back or they're working on it. It's such a small matter to resolve and a simple courtesy to return a phone call, I'm at a loss for why they wouldn't simply take responsibility and make it right. I've been patient, but since my calls remain unreturned and I feel like I'm being strung along, my only reasonable recourse is a simple review. I hope this review helps if you're considering hiring this company.
