I have re-finance twice in the last 12 months with Fred from Solomon Financial.
He and his staff (loan officers, escrow officers, funding agents) are all very professional, efficient, honest, ethical, and most importantly experienced at getting the job of refinancing done completely and on time.
He has saved me over 400 per month on a conventional 30 year mortgate. He has also made good on his promise that the tranaction is no closing costs, no points, no fees.....even the appraisal fee is rebated to the borrower.
I can recommend Solomon Financial very highly....and I would definitely use their services again.
